LOVED ONES NEVER FORGOTTEN

Although we know our loved ones are not around,
because God has taken them to higher ground,
up in heaven where rest can be found...
Those precious memories, of all the years,
that have been shared with joy and tears,
they will never be forgotten, no not even for a day,
cause life was woven with a thread so strong,
that came from God's big hand who holds and loves us all...

SOAR  AS AN EAGLE

Watch the eagle, they fly so high,
sometimes soar and sometimes dive.
We, as Christians, can soar as they,
just walk in love, and look to the sky...

As we soar above the grind,
no longer are we left behind.
Walk the talk, as we have been taught,
by the written word that we longingly sought...

While soaring high, as an eagle in flight,
we are lifted above the cares of this life.
Love, Joy and Peace be our rest,
as we journey on to do our best....

A BLESSING

Soon time will be no more
when we meet across the shore
what a joy there awaits
when we see Jesus at the gate

Hand in hand we'll stroll
down the streets of pure gold
no more thinking of the past
all forgotten we're home at last

What a joy that will be
when we see Jesus and our loved ones too
all is love, joy and peace
what a reunion that will be

In heaven no more worry
never have to be in a hurry
can take all the time we need
for there we'll spend eternity....

THE STORM

The South wind blowing in the field
and I feel a change as it get's near
could be a storm or a gentle rain,
what ever it is, I'm still the same...

God is our high tower where we can run
to hide from the storm raging within
or the storm outside with great high winds
He is our refuge on Him we can depend...

GOD'S COLORING BOOK

While taking a walk, I paused to look
God's beautiful handiwork His coloring book
pretty flowers blooming in the field,
everything He made, by His own will...

The beauty of the trees, rocks and the hills
floating clouds blue and white, passing by
multi colors of the rainbow after a rain
reaching far across the big blue sky...

The ocean is wide and very deep
many things there for our eyes to see,
all different species there in the sea
has a color which they will keep...

Take the time to view this book
so many colors there abound
God created all beauty around,
a big coloring book, if you'll just look...

MUSIC FROM THE HEART

As I awake to this beautiful morning
thanking you Lord for another day to perform
all is well and everything is all right
I'll just keep singing with all of my might

There'll always be a song down in my heart
I'll never let those words depart
making melody as I go along
God hears the music of my heart felt song

As I began my daily chores
singing unto Him
and He opens a new door
all my praises I give unto Him
because of His love that lives within

since the day I was born,
when we meet at Heaven's gate
Another Time and Another place...

Time is swiftly passing by
yesterday's are out of sight,
It will be Jesus, He is the light
